Hala Bou Alwan is a legal advisor and globally recognized expert in compliance, financial crimes, cybercrimes, human rights, and a prominent media personality. She holds three advanced degrees, including an LLM from Boston University (USA) and a dual LLM from Sagesse University (Lebanon), as well as a JD in law from the Lebanese University Law School, solidifying her expertise in law, compliance, and media.

Raja Aref Bou Alwan is a deeply respected figure in Lebanon and the Arab world, known across legal, intellectual, and human rights circles. With over 50 years of experience as a senior appellate and cassation lawyer, he has advised top financial, corporate, and real estate institutions, serving as legal counsel to multinational companies and prominent Arab leaders, including royalty.

Hubertus Thonhauser is a seasoned entrepreneur, Board member and early stage investor with three decades of experience in digital gaming, the regulated casino industry as well as the virtual assets technology space. Hubertus was co-founder of Babil Games, which became a leading mobile-games publisher with Arabic content, acquired by Stillfront Group in 2018. Today Hubertus is serving as Chairman at Ghaf Capital, a Dubai based VC-firm in Web 3.0; as Board member and Advisor at Bitpanda, a Vienna based fintech company and one of the most comprehensively regulated crypto platforms worldwide; and in various board of directors and audit committee roles in the highly regulated casino industries in Switzerland and Germany.
